    How can I restore my 8320 to the way it was when I first received it? I want to do a clean reinstall of everything. I cannot seem to connect to the BB browser, something to do with VPN profile. Pls advise. Everything else works, email, internet on my network, etc. Thank you.

    if you want to wipe it go to options>security options>general settings hit menu wipe handheld. But whats the problem you say you cant connect to browser then you said internet works?

    Problem is that the VPN profile has an error, according to the wi-fi diagnostics. When I hit the browser icon, it says,"uncaught exception invisible node, cannot be made current", whatever that means. I thought starting from scratch again would correct the issue. Do you know of a different way?

    wiped it clean, reinstalled, can now connect to their browser. BB support said thay have this problem cropping up. Looking for the cause. Also, TMO does not support the 4.5 browser yet. Thank for the help.
