Whenever I use Blackberry Desktop Manager, Blackberry Device Manager also starts in the System Tray. But when I exit Blackberry Desktop Manager, the Device Manager icon stays in the System Tray. I can close it by going into Processes in Windows Task Manager, but is there a more proper way of exiting Blackberry Device Manager?

I think it works if you close it before you unplug your bb.

I discovered the solution to my problem. You disconnect the BB while Desktop Manager 5.0 is open, then close Desktop Manager.
