I've read of people using their calendar to set the reminders and use that as an alarm.

ah, that's a good idea too. To bad you can't use the actual alarm though for difft days, unless you can assign a ringtone to the calendar reminders.

U can set the ringtone for the calendar I have mine set ...go to profiles click advanced then edit it will say calendar then assign a ring tone

I use BB Smart Alarms Pro. Its only a few bucks and works great for setting custom alarms ( certain days, weekends, week days, once, reoccurring, etc)

You can download MyAlarm free app that allows multiple alarms or I use Adorno MultiAlarm

+1 on BB Smart Alarms Pro
I even have songs set to the alarms. Believe me, there's no way to miss your alarm when your favorite tunes start playing. hehehehe
