Is there something similar to Windows "do not show hidden files" I would like to have certain docs or videos NOT display unless I want them to be seen. Non BB users always want to look at my phone, when they are looking around I would prefer certain things not to be seen.
its not only similar, its in fact very much the same..go to media, click explore, go through your files whether on the media card or device memory..and within each folder you can click either show/dont' show hidden files..and choose individual files to be either shown or hidden.
yes you can just go to the media icon, press the bb menu button, choose explore and then look for the file and/or folder that you want to hide, highlight it, choose the bb menu icon, click properties and check the "hidden" box.
