I was trying to rearrange the apps icons on my 8330 and managed to lose two of them. one is for my email and the other is the lock. How can i get them back?

HIt menu show all - just incase they got hidden. If not try a battery reset - do this with device powered on. For email you can always resend the service books and this should bring it back.

You may have dropped them in to a folder like media also...if you can't find them I went into options, themes and hit menu and found restore options..

I tried your suggestion and I could not retrieve my SMS Text icon. Do you have any other suggestions?

Did you look in DocstoGo and Applications - those are other common places they get accidentally dropped.
