    One of my users has a Curve 8300. He can send e-mails all day long from his BB, but cannot receive the majority of emails (he receives e-mails from our spam filtering account, etc.) We use Microsoft Exchange and have a BES.
    I have:

    Taken out the battery with the phone still on.

    Resent the books.

    "Activated" the account.

    Wiped the handheld, and reactived the BES.

    Deleted him out of the BES, then added him back.

    .. out of ideas guys! It's all up to you!
