Ok, got a video on the BB, but the 1st attempt failed, and when I try to delete the failed video, I click delete on the BB, but it will not delete from the list. Any suggestions? thanks!

This has happened to me before. Make sure you stop the video, then you can delete it.
To do this, press the Alt key and then click the trackball and select Switch Application. Scroll to media and click. Now stop the video and press Menu and then Close.
