I'm thinking of adding a second phone, an unlocked Blackberry Curve. Ideally, I would like to swap out my SIM card from the phone I currently have.

But even if I was to do that, how would I go about and be able to receive email and Internet access while avoiding MediaNet and their data plan? Is there even a way?

I would ultimately download Google mobile apps which would give me everything I need.

Any thoughts?
