    I tried to send a text and got a message that the "radio is off" message can not be sent and can only be saved.
    What does "radio off" mean?

    Go to your "manage connections" icon. is the box next to mobile network not checked? If it isn't, check it! this should fix the problem.

    Go to manage connections and make sure there is a check in the box for mobile network. It means your not on any network.

    I have no idea. I have never had mine auto turn off. Maybe you did a hard reset?

    Additionally - when you hook up to your PC and perform certain processes such updating - the radio will turn off while it processes.

    I just hit the "send" button after I unplug from the PC and it will turn back on.
