I have a Curve, 8320 model. When I try to use the camera I get a message saying "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again". Nothing else is open. I have even shut the unit down and restarted and am still getting this message. I have had the Curve for about 6 weeks and this is the first time this has happened. Can someone out there help me?

This sounds like a hardware issue. You should still be under warranty.

I am under warranty. Do I have to re-enter all my info into the new unit or can I transfer everything to my computer and reinstall into a new unit?

This was just asked by another user a few minutes ago. Has been posted about before as well.

Check for a posting called camera error. It is a bit down the list

Actually, I just removed the battery and when I turned the unit on again, the camera was working. Problem solved (for now).
