Hello-
I have had my BB Curve 8330 for almost a year. And I love it. Just recently, me and friend have both had problems with our cameras not zooming. All we did was pull the battery, and then it works fine. I just want to know if anyone has had this problem recently?

I had the same prob. Battery pull cleaned it up for me too. Hasn't happened again, and its been a month or more.

Hmm interesting.. Thanks wonder if it will be a common problem for the 8330..

I occasionally have this problem, but a battery pull always sorts the problem.

Not sure why this happens but will check what is happening the next time it wont zoom
