when i try to use my camera the camera screen comes up but it stays black and gives me the message-
Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening camera again.

i dont believe i have any other applications open.
any suggestions

Do a battery reset - THis appears to be a memory issue. Not enough to start the camera. Do you have an SD card where all your pictures are stored? or are they stored on the device?

i have a memory card and have my pictures set to save on the card not the device. i did a battery pull and it is still giving me the same message

i just returned my last curve and got a new one. my camera is doing the same thing and I don't have a memory card. tried a battery pull and no dice...
i'm really starting to get annoyed with the build quality of these things...
