I just got a blackberry curve a little over a week ago. Today I have had several people tell me they called and it didn't ring just went straight to vm? If I'm using my phone for internet or email does it do that? I'm just curious why it is not ringing and going to vm. I had my husband test it and I was waiting for his call, he said the first time it went straight to vm the 2nd time it rang??? Why would it do this, I know that time I was not using the phone at all. Any Advice?

Had this happen to me a few days back and after I did a battery pull haven't had the problem again.

pulling fixed it. I called AT&T and although I can't recall what
they said was the problem they did fix it while I was on the
phone with them.

It seems that there may be a hangup in the switch. Call in and AT&T will take care of it.

That was it. So yeah I think the OP may want to try the carrier route
if the reset doesn't do it
