In the past, I have been able to log into my bank account on my BB Curve. Now for some reason, I can't.

I have had a handset exchange in the last month so this is a new handset.

The error message I'm receiving is: Java script isn't enabled.

I use the Opera mini browser normally. So, I tried the regular AT&T Media Net just to see what happened. I got the EXACT same error message about Java script not enabled.

Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? As usual, AT&T is stumped which is why I come here. I always get a great answer!

When you're in your browser, hit menu go into options and then browser configurations to enable java script

While in your BB browser, select the Options button (the one with the BB logo on it). Select Options --> Browser Configuration and then make sure that Java is enabled.

Ok guys. I went into opera mini, and there is no options choice. When I open the menu, there is a "settings" but, there is no configuration option.

Walk me thru this gently. Where EXACTLY do I go to find configurations??

IT IS ALREADY ENABLED!!! Now what do I do??

I went into Opera mini because the media net browser has never allowed me into the online banking.

Now the message is saying:

Java Script Alert

Please enter proper credentials to logon to Internet Banking.

What do I do now?

mobiman: I figured it out when I re-read the post. I went into Media Net which is AT&T "native browser" for my BB, right?

I'm REALLY new to all this technology, so I have a "dee-de-dee" moment evern now and again.
