    every time i place a phone call or recieve one, same with messages the history of it disappears about 2 minutes after the action was made. any suggestions to the problem?

    This is strange. Press the 'send' button / menu / options / call logging / what's set there?

    Try changing it to none / menu / save. Then do a battery pull...
