    hey i have a sprint 8330 and under my call logs the labels next to the phone number that say wether its incoming, missed, or outgoing are not there

    yes but it is a default theme that i changed to and when i change back to the other theme the call log symbols are also still missing

    Are you running low on memory? I have never heard of the labels missing from the call log. Can you remember when you noticed this. Did you download anything new before this happened? Wierd stuff joe!

    You may want to try a restore from another backup if you have one. Can't think of any reason it would do that. But such are the wonders of the Blackberry! Good Luck.

    So when you pull up the call screen it lists incoming and out going calls with no blue, yellow or green handset next to the number? I'm stumped joe. I'll search and see if anyone at all has experienced this. I'll get back to you.

    Alright Joe here's my last ditch effort for your problem. Menu/Options/Mobile Network/Menu, select Start Provisioning. If you remember this is what we all had to do to get up and running. I have reprovisioned my bb twice and have not lost anything. I could not find another post of anyones that was even remotely similar. This is the only thing left to try, good luck. Let me know how things turn out!
