    Hello all,

    Having a serious problem with my BB 8310.

    Last few weeks have been fine, made and accepted calls no problem.

    All of a sudden, any outgoing calls are saying "Call Failed" and any incoming calls go straight to voicemail.

    What's up, and how do I fix this?

    Pull the battery for 30 seconds and replace it. See if that works.

    Hey -- you're awesome. Do you have any clue why it happened, and why a battery pull helps? Is it essentially just like restarting your computer?
