    Perhaps once a month my Calendar opens to January 1, 1970. I can not point to any particular action on my part that causes this to occur. Not a battery pull, charging session, or other sync or backup operation. When I go to Menu -> Today the BB works for a few seconds and the corect date appears with no data loss.

    Anyone else experience this or have an idea what is happening?

    Happened to me but not to that extent. I simply plug my phone into my PC, opened up DM and deleted my calender and right afterward I reinstalled it. In turn, fixing my problem.
