That 9am appointment goes to 11:30am. Any way to have it block off the entire timeframe on the calendar vs. the barely-noticeable bracket on the left?

I changed the color of the bracket to Red on mine as it was difficult to notice in Blue.
Calendar} Options} Default} Color.

Not what you asked for, but a possible solution if you hadn't discovered it.

I did the same thing and changed the color on mine. Try and see if it helps you.

Maybe not the view you want to see but if you are in your calendar and hit the Blackberry Button select "View Agenda" and it will show the time slot filled rather than the bracket.
