    as one of the icons on my home screen bring calendar.. when I add an appt to it, I dont want it to show beneath that as the time etc, I would just like to have the reminder go off without seeing it.. know what i mean?

    On my home screen when I have entered an appt


    CALENDER (then under that I have)

    9/9 Dentist appt 10am <--- I dont want that displayed on the home screen

    Just a reminder alert to go off (which I know how to set)

    I want to get rid of that on my home screen (above)
