My calendar on Outlook is not synced with my phone. What are the steps I need to go through to get this done?

Install BlackBerry Desktop Manger. It contains the program that does the syncroniztion to your BlackBerry and it provides the ability to backup all of your data.

You can install the verison on your BlackBerry Tools CD, or download and install the most current version directly from BlackBerry Support.
