removed email address but calendar for that address still there. How do I delete the calendar for that address?

Try resetting your device (alt-right shift-del). If that doesn't work, try a battery pull. I haven't tried to delete a calendar before so I'm sorry I'm not much help. Maybe someone else has a better answer?

Go to Options/Advanced Options/Service Books and delete the service books associated with that email address. There will probably be at least two, username [CICAL] and username [CMIME].
