hey everyone first post, and unfortunately its because of a bad thing. I work in health care and had a bunch of purell on my hands and then picked up my phone to check something. After that no buttons will work, but the trackball will still move left and right. Am i screwed?
It sounds like purell got in the keyboard. You could try removing the battery and flushing the keyboard with alcohol to see if you could wash the purell out. If purell is alcohol-soluble that might work.
