    My BS meter has been going off based on what my Verizon Rep has told me. Maybe you guys can help. My NEW Blackberry seems to have lost the email conncection to the BES server. I have contacted Verizon to make sure it is setup right. (Has been working fine for three days) I cannot perform the enterprise activation for the phone at all. My Verizon rep says that he needs to assign my phone number to a NON-PDA phone for 24 hours then back to the Blackberry. I work in technology and I cant imagine telling anyone that I need to turn something off and hope that it "magically" fixes itself during the night.

    Is this really a documented "FIX".

    BES or BIS?

    Contact your BES admin. They will issue you a new activation password to re-activate on the BES.
