I tried to install an app from my BB. Instead, it asked to save a .cab file, which I did (not knowing .cab files were only for Windows Mobile.)

Now I have that file somewhere on my BB and I don't know how to view/delete it.

I do not have a memory card (yet), so when I connect the BB to my PC, the "Removable Disk (D: )" says no disk is inserted.

Are you sure the file really got saved to the device?

Try this. Go to Media, press Menu, select Explore, select Device Memory, and then look in those folders.

Yep, it was saved. That worked. I found the file and deleted it. I just couldn't figure out how to explore the files/memory. Didn't think to use the media app.
