OK - I know that the title makes no sense, not quite sure how to phrase it - when I am on a website on the browser, is there any quick way to get back to the "start" screen on my curve (the screen that you see when you turn it on). I've been hitting (gently) the back button, but that takes forever.
I figure someone out there must have figured out a way to do it quicker

Try menu> switch applications. A sub-menu of your home screens icons will show which you can scroll through. This of coarse will allow your to stay in the browser/web mode. Be sure to close the browser app. when your done. Hope this helps.

Pushing the End key will allow you to keep your current browsing session open so that the next time you go into your browser you will still be on the same page.
Using the return key or going through the menu will cause the program to close and the next time you open the browser it will start at the blackberry start page.
