I just got a used 8330, took it into Sprint to have it activated and the person helping was 'kind' enough to switch my memory card over from my LG Rumor (2g)... in the process I think he bent the metal slide... and removed it saying "you don't need that anyway"... me, thinking he knew what he was talking about just nodded and walked out.
Well, of course the card won't align properly (at least that's why I'm assuming I'm getting the error when I've searched and read through other threads on the forum)... so I was wondering if anyone has any tricks/tips or ideas on where I can get a new slide (would it be easy enough to get one off a junked 8330 and pop it in? or am I screwed forever without a memory card??)....
