Hello everyone. I got a BB last month and love it. Well, my speakerphone and call volumes broke. Good news is I went to verizon yesterday and good ol Fed Ex showed up today and brought me a brand new phone. I have transferred everything from my other phone onto the new one and was wondering if anyone could tell me how to erase everything on my old one. I have to take it back to the store and it says to erase everything. I don't want emails, addresses, ect left on my phone. I know the people on this forum will tell me how to get everything off the phone. Thanks.
