I need any suggestions here guys. I was updating my software on the Curve and my computer crashed right in the middle of the update, and now the phone is just stuck on a white screen with a window on it showing an "X" over it, and it just stays on this screen for a while. When I plug the phone in, the computer recognizes it, however the Desktop Manager does not. PLEASE HELP ME!
i had this problem once. what you have to do is do a battery pull, the second you do that try to find your device through dm. you will only have a small window of opportunity. after a few tries i succeeded. blackberry support was very helpful with this. if problem persists i would call them as i may be leaving out a step.
