My friend has a BlackBerry 8310, she turned her BlackBerry on this morning and got a 545 error. I did some searching on the forums for this error, but it doesn't look like it has happened before with a Curve model around these parts.
She has not installed any new programs at all on her Berry, actually she's never even plugged her BlackBerry into her computer (I am busy scolding her for never backing up her Berry...but I will teach her now). She's taken the battery out and let it sit out for a while, but no avail.
I'm assuming the next step is that she will have to reload the OS on her BlackBerry. Can anyone give me some insight on this issue?
