Hello all! I have an 8330 from Spring. I did the last update for the Desktop manager to v.5.0.

Ever since I did the update, I have not been able to sync my computer with my phone via bluetooth. The option is 'grayed' out and will not let me select it.

I have a Dell XPS M1530 running Vista32-bit.

The previous version of the desktop manager worked just fine. I was able to sync my contacts/calendar with bluetooth no problem.

any suggestions??

I'm of no help to you, unfortunately, but I came to the forum seeking advice on how to sync my BB with Outlook via bluetooth. Can you tell me where the option is? I also have an 8330. Perhaps I'll have a problem and then be able to work it out :-)
