Is there a way to adjust my bluetooth settings so I can automatically receive files sent from a paired device instead of having to go into the destination folder and select "Receive Using Bluetooth"? Thanks for your help!

I don't think that is a possibility, due to security. But check your options, you may have the ability to "accept all from paired device"
