Every picture I take, no matter what the white balance setting, is blue. Why is this?

here's my camera settings:
Flash: OFF (I use it in the dark of course)
White Balance: (right now it's set as Sunny but i've tried them all)
Picture Size: medium
Quality: superfine
viewfinder mode: full screen
color effect: normal
geotagging: disabled (dont even know what this is)

Have you cleaned the lens? Especially if you don't have it covered in some way, it can get dusty. Just use some lens cleaner and a Q-tip.
