    I still haven't found a way to block numbers for the 8310 for AT&T.
    Anyone that can elaborate on it for me?

    Options / Security Optons / Firewall will let you selectivaly block text and email messages, except from those numbers already in your contact list.

    It does not block voice calls. I don't belive there is any way to do that.

    Try black & whitelist or iCallManager Lite to block phone numbers.
