I deleted apps and i did a battery pull and i even did the device wipe and still it freezes up at times. like what the **** ?! i just started up the phone and press the BB menu button and i get the hourglass for about 4 seconds and then it goes and then it still lags through. any tips?!

If you have a memory card, take it out. If the freezing/rebooting stops, move your files off the card, reformat the card in your BB, then move your files back to the card.

Also, make sure your file free memory is not low. Options, Status, third line down.
