i have a sunset blackberry 8320 and i was wondering if there is any place that repairs the sensors for the trackball. i replaced the trackball and i didn't do anything. the cursor will only go up and down. please help.

Try and take the TB out and reseat the TB again. The metal spoon-shaped contact should be installed pointing toward the bottom of the phone.

When you have the TB assembly out of your BB. Make sure the ball and all 4 rollers are rolling smoothly. You can clean it with a QTip dipped in a small amt of alcohol.
