    Ok,

I got the BB 8330 from Telus and they haven't released a new os update from .77 for OS 4.5 so i saw the topic "Newest 8330 OS: v4.5.0.131 (Multilanguage)"

    Its a Sprint OS update.

i saw this message "When installing ANY OS that is NOT from YOUR carrier it IS necessary to delete the Vendor XML file. Otherwise, it will NOT install to device." from CipherDias 's Signature.

Can i remove that file and install the Sprint OS update without problems ?
Will the Vendor XML file go back ? or do i gotta put the old Vendor XML back ?

I'm wanting a update from .77 and can't wait on Telus to release an update..

Yep remove that file and then use app loader to load the OS.

    You should be fine.

Just delete the vendor.xml file after the Sprint OS is installed to your computer. You don't reload anything back as far as .xml files go.

OS's are device specific, not carrier specific.
