Pull out your battery for 30 seconds and put it back in...(Battery Pull)

sounds like a blackberry messenger alert

does it look like this:




If so, then hit menu-show all to view all your icons. then look fior an icon called blackberry messenger and see if you have a new message there.

BBM Messenger alert I believe. If not just do the battery pull.

I though the same thing but, they said there were no messages. You know how sometimes the message indicator "sticks"? Hopefully that'll work.

i pulled the battery for 30 sec and it's still there

then you have an unread message somewhere. look for the icon i posted above.

go into your message folder and hit the U button to find any unread message.

thank you chrisy520 i did what you said. i found a message where you said to look i had blackberry message in hide . again thank you it just buged me i couldn't get rid of it. i am still learning how to use this blackberry
