This cant be! How can "retropcs" have a smart phone?? Can it do everything that mine can for only 40 bucks a month??

I am just ranting because I am paying a pretty penny with AT&T.

I am sad now. I always thought of metro pcs as a crappy carrier and had limited range of service.

A Curve on Metro would run you $50 a month with unl voice, text and data. The downsides are their terrible coverage in most places, and the $550 for the phone.

The phone is $450. The coverage is spotty, though has been somewhat better of late. Rumor on other message board is these Curves have an AWS chipset built in and will be firmware upgraded to AWS some time next year.

Yes metropcs is a carrier that offers unlimited plans for a very cheap rate. They are now offering BlackBerries on their network. Keep in mind cheap carrier=cheap service.
