Hello fellow abusers. My issue is that Media Sync will not sync with my Blackberry Curve 8320 with an SanDisk 6GB MicroSD card. I get the error "The connection failed because mass storage mode could not be enabled for this device's microSD card. Verify that your microSD card is properly installed and click Retry." However I know the card is installed properly and the device is in mass storage mode. Why does Windows not recognize that there is more than 2GB of space on the card when its connected via the phone? Why can I not access it when it connected via USB? Why must I have to take the media card out constantly to add and remove files? Help Please.

I guess you have tried battery pulls since you have been taking the memory card out. Which OS are you using? If it is not 4.5 it will not support a 6gb, and if it is 4.5 its a beta so it could be having issues.

Oh okay. I'm running T-Mobile and I don't believe they have released 4.5 yet, I'm still running 4.2.2.180. Thanks.
