    Hello All,

    I work in an office that has 5 Blackberry Curves ranging from 8300 to 8320 models. I am trying to get them to synchronize with their Outlook using the Desktop Manager but it constantly keeps disconnecting and reconnecting but does not even try to synchronize. I have tried the following steps to try and resolve this:

    - Re-install DM
    - Install latest version of DM
    - Install drivers from Microsoft Update site
    - Different cables
    - Different computers
    - Different USB ports
    - Different Blackberries (all 5 of them)
    - Recreated the Intellisync folder
    - Rebooted computer

    I know it is connecting because I am able to see the device and I can successfully back it up. The problems seems to only be related to the Synchronization.

    Can anyone help?

    I managed to track down my issue to not having the Synchronize organizer data box checked off under the Synchronization tab. Well maybe this will at least help someone else in the future.
