Yes I have that but everytime I connect it stays at 20% and than says "communication error".

try going to options > advanced options > applications
scroll down to OZ > press menu > select edit permissions
and set them all to allow, if not already done.

I already had done that. Its still not allowing it. I called Tmobile and they told me to download the desktop media manager. Im doing that and Ill see if that works.
