    Hi all

    hope your all well today

New to the forum, hope you can help me out with this problem

I have a problem with my blackberry curve 8310. When i sync with outlook it syncs to the last calander entry and then throws up an Intellisync Error - "The operation terminated unexpectedly"

Check the sync log and there are no errors so it looks like the error is happening just after the sync.

To resolve the issue i rename the intellisync folder, reset the blackberry config from desktop manager and wipe the blackberry handset. It then works for about a week and does the same again. I have looked through the thread below and none of that has worked for me.

The tread is called Operation terminated unexpectedly" when synching BB with Outlook calendar. I have not got enough posts to add links or images yet

I am running Desktop Manager 4.7
Os version 4.5 on the curve
    BES version: 3.6.3.8
Machine is Windows XP sp3 running outlook 2003

Anyone got any ideas or where i can go next to diagnose this problem

    Thanks in advance

Try un-installing DM 4.7 and download/install 4.5 or 4.6 and see if the problem persists.

Try erasing your internet browser's cache, then connecting to DM.

I had the same problem, and I saw this on one of the forums topics a while ago.

    Good luck, hope it works.
