I love my Blackberry Curve and the functions and capibilties it has, my question is will it work over seas with in the next couple of months I will be heading to Seoul, S Korea for business and will be there for six months. Will it work in S. Korea. My carrier is Sprint.

Sprint runs off of cdma which is only a us thing I believe. You would need a bb such as the 8830 world edition or another carrier to get support outside the us. Sorry to break it to yah

    Hey,
It looks like they have CDMA technology over there - I would contact Sprint and see what you would need to do to your plan to have access. I know with GSM you can just swap SIMs and it will work overseas (like get a disposable t-mobile sim or something) but with CDMA I'm not sure if the phone has to be reprogrammed or if the phone will just "accept" your phone because it's sprint based. Best thing to do is contact Sprint.
