I bought a black berry curve 8330 off ebay for christmas and it worked fine at first but in the past 3 days the service keeps going out randomly, i thought it might be something with the connection on their but everytime I call verizon they get it working for about 20 minutes then it stops working again, I cant send texts or call out for frequent periods of the day they told me to reset my software and I did, it still doesnt work. So anybody have any clue what to do?
