I bought a Blackberry Curve 8310 about 9 days ago.

Love the phone, hate the problems.

My problem is every so often my when I try to make a call or text someone I get call failed message and when anyone tries to call me they go right to voicemail.

I have excellent signal strength 5 bars.

This will go on for an hour or so, and then everything will go back to normal.

I called AT&T (5-6 times) they don't have any answers. Everything on my account is setup correctly

I've taken out the battery/sim card/ turned it off and on nothing works.

Replaced the sim card. Replaced the phone and I'm still having the same problems.

I've had AT&T for the past 3-4 years, and different cell phones but never any problems.

HELP!!!!!

I exchanged it yesterday but I'm still having the same problem.
