I am trying to set up my email now and I can't seem to remember my Blackberry Log In information. The new device that I am using is unfortunately used and I can't create a new acct. How would I go about getting a new PIN or figuring out the old information...... any help on this one??

As far as the pin goes, usually listed under battery cover on the inside. Or just simply type mypin then hit spacebar, that will tell you the pin number for that device.

Options>Status is your new PIN on your device.


You have to call your carrier, they can get it all setup for you.

You cannot get a new pin.. u can get the pin unlocked, but thats it. You will have to call your carrier and get them to set up you info for you.

I think I will have to get the PIN unlocked. It keeps telling me that this PIN has already been registered to an acct.

Your carrier has to release the pin, You need to call Sprint I believe.

yes if it is telling you that the PIN is already registered to an account, you will have to call the carrier and get them to release the PIN and the user information so you can set up new info on the phone.
