My wifes 8330 will no longer charge with either the charger that came with it or our car charger. As far as I know she didn't drop it or get any water in the charging port. We don't have insurance on it so can't take it to verizon store for repair. Any help is greatly appreciated

check the port that you plug it into. mine did this and the metal ring around the port had come loose. verizon replaced it under warranty.
