About a month and a half ago my BB started losing the radio signal...this would happen every now and then and then started happening almost once every other day. Funny thing is when the radio would go out, in Manage Connections it was listed as still on. If I turned the connections off and then on again nothing would happen still. Only after I pulled the battery would the radio come back.
I eventually gave in and sent it in for repairs (2 days before warranty expired). .....3 weeks to the day later it arrives back although I can't pick it up until tomorrow. I spoke to a Bell agent who said the notes on the repair were listed as the BB was "tuned".
In 2 way radio terms it would take a page to properly explain it.
Basically the transmitter and reciever's settings were set perfectly to what they are suposed to be. Just like anything else, after a while the radio can become un-tuned.
