    Hi,

I have a Blackberry 8330 and subscribe to the Verizon data plan with the tethering option. Using VZAccess Manager and a usb cable, I can tether my phone with no problem to connect to the internet.

I have purchased a Belkin F8T013 bluetooth adapter and am trying to tether using the bluetooth adapter. The phone and the adapter recognize each other and attempt to pair. However, I always get a "connection failed" error message.

I am using the following software versions:
    - Windows XP Service Pack 3
    - VZAccess Manager version 6.9.0 (2130b)
    - Belkin F8T01 Driver version 5.0.1
    - I do not use Desktop Manager because I synchronize using a BES.

I am using the following hardware:
    - Belkin F8T013 Bluetooth Adapter
    - Blackberry v4.3.0.127 (Platform 3.1.0.72)

Is it possible to use a bluetooth adapter to tether my Blackberry 8330 in order to connect to the internet?

    Thank you,

    Jay

    Here's a guide:http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/how-...h-modem-82945/

I wrote this guide based on using a Belkin Bluetooth dongle.
